Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:
15ml tequila
15ml gin
15ml vodka
15ml white rum
15ml Cointreau
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lemon juice
15ml lime juice
50-100ml cola
1 lemon slice to garnish
Method:
Put all the ingredients apart from the cola in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with cola and garnish with a lemon slice.
