Aperol Negroni
Ingredients:
60 ml Gin
60 ml Aperol
60 ml Sweet Vermouth
1 Orange Slice
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass topped with ice. Stir until chilled.
Strain mixture into a lowball glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with a fresh slice of blood orange.
